Blue Mountain Village Condos

All suites in the Blue Mountain Village are fully furnished. When you purchase you have full ownership. You have the option of exclusive use of your suite or you can participate in the fully managed turnkey rental program where you earn revenue on a nightly basis. In the rental program you can enjoy personal use for up to 10 days per month, however most owners tend to only personally use their suites for three to four weeks per year. The revenue of each individual residence is pooled which means that you earn revenue even if your specific suite is not rented out, as long as it is available to be rented, as the total revenue coming into the building, each night is divided amongst all the suites in the rental pool. Historically the revenues earned are covering the monthly operating costs, i.e. condo fees, realty taxes, Village Association fees, content insurance etc. Ownership at Blue Mountain Village is the perfect cottage alternative where Homeowners are enjoying personal use of their suites, earning revenue that offsets the operating costs and with a long term goal to recognize capital appreciation.

Outside the Blue Mountain Village core Intrawest developed two Golf Course town home communities, Rivergrass and Snowbridge. Snowbridge is a development combined with exclusive custom single family homes. The Town home ownership opportunities provide flexibility in that you can have exclusive use, take part in the Blue Mountain Resorts fully managed rental program or you can rent it out on your own! If joining the Blue Mountain Rental Program you can use your suite for up to 10 days per month as in the Village and when not using it personally you can earn revenue when your specific town home is rented out. It is not pooled revenue as in the Village. The town homes are larger suites than in the Village core and some prefer the town homes for this reason as they are more conducive for family entertaining. Although only a short walk into the Village, there is shuttle service available to take you to and from the Blue Mountain Village”.

Blue Mountain Mountainside Legacy Condos

Referred to now as the Legacy Condos, Wintergreen, Cachet Crossing, Mountain Walk and Chateau Ridge were built in the late 80’s and with these, originated the Blue Mountain Rental Program. These condos originally came fully furnished and equipped with a rental program option. Many today have continued to stay in the Blue Mountain Rental Program, which provides access to all the Blue Mountain Inn amenities, while others have opted to have exclusive use of their resort homes, but still have the option to obtain annual memberships to these same amenities. These homes offer great value today, being very generous in size, when compared to newer models. The Blue Mountain Inn amenities include indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, hot tubs and fitness facilities. Shuttle service is available. Today with the development of Blue Mountain Village further condo and town home developments have been established within close proximity to the Village and the mountain. Some offer various rental programs, some are exclusive use only. Each has their own unique characteristics and there is a wide range in price points.

Wintergreen

wintergreen3Located along the first fairway of the Monterra Golf Course, Wintergreen consists of forty-eight three bedroom, attached condo town-home units. These spacious homes are perfect for families or groups, being steps only from the base of the hill and Village. Recent roof replacement windows, doors and extensive landscaping help to increase the value. Cachet Crossing

cachet2These slope side condos are located at base of Blue Mountain for easy ski-in, ski-out access. They feature one to three bedroom units, all complete with en-suites and Jacuzzi tubs. Sizes range from 950 square feet to 1400 and each comes with full kitchen, dining area and roomy room living room with fireplace. This development sits adjacent to Village for easy access to all amenities and hill. Some provide great mountain views.

Mountain Walk

These are available with full kitchens, dining areas and living rooms with fireplace. Generous unit sizes vary from 1575-1629 square feet. Close to Village and some mountain views.

Chateau Ridge

chateau-ridge-1These slope-side condo townhome units are located close to the Blue Mountain Inn and north end of mountain, giving not only easy access to the hill, but to dining and après ski. These resort homes are all two bedroom, two bath units only and they come with full kitchens, fireplace and roomy entry way with storage for skis. Recent extensive upgrades have been done to exteriors, making these homes a stand out and increasing their value.

Arrowhead at Blue

arrowhead4Built in 2007, these 38 impressive, three, four and five bedroom freehold multi level town-home chalets are spacious, with open concept, 12’ high ceilings, stone fireplace, air conditioned, hardwood floors and many have great views of the mountain. There is a monthly fee for ground maintenance, garbage and snow removal. Located a short walk to the Blue Mountain Inn, they give easy access to the hill and shuttle service available to take you to Village. There is access available to pool and tennis courts at Heritage Corners.

Heritage Corners

unit2Built in 1990, there are sixty-two, three and four bedroom condos, some with basements, all with full kitchens overlooking living area with fireplaces and patios for barbecues. Located on Settlers Way, just around the corner from the Blue Mountain Inn, they provide easy access to the north chair or Village. Complex has two tennis courts and outdoor pool. Not part of the Blue Mountain Village Association, so no shuttle service and no entry fee payable.

Summit Green

unit-sg2Built in the late 80’s these26 two-four bedroom town homes offer good value. Spacious multi level floor plans, fireplace, decks/patio, c/a, c/v many have been upgraded and some offer good views to mountain. Short walk to village and ski lifts.

Mountain Ridge

Sierra Lane

Olympic Lane

This is a great location if you belong to the Craigleith and Alpine Ski Clubs.

The Orchards at Craigleith

orchard-homes3Built in 2008, this is a architecturally controlled exclusive subdivision at the base of Craigleith and Blue Mountain ski hills, designed with meandering streets, inviting boulevards with park benches and historic streetlamps. There are 130 attached and semi-attached villas and single chalets with Post and Beam accents, stone detailing, fireplaces, granite countertops, hardwood floors and garages. Many have majestic views of the mountain. There is a small monthly maintenance fee. Access to the Craigleith Ski Club tennis and pool will be available in 2012.

Mountain Springs Lodge

poolBuilt in late 80’s, Mountain Springs is a full service lodge with convention facilities and a restaurant. Situated at base of mountain, a short walk to north chair lift, there are one hundred and forty-four, turnkey condo units, from studios, studio lofts, one bedroom and one bedroom lofts. Most of these have undergone full upgrades, including flat screen televisions, fireplaces, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Buy for personal use or opt into the rental program. Many have chosen to join the Village Association. Amenities include pool, tennis and hot tub. A shuttle service is available. This development provides a great entry price into resort living.

Monterra Ridge
